Many people I talk to tell me that they have a hard time "getting into the habit" of daily meditation. It really is pretty easy when you have a system for meditation.

The most common practice is to use mantras and different breathing techniques to really help you focus.

I've found that meditation with music is fine, but if you really want to supercharge your meditation, then mind power mastery is where it's at. It's not exactly "music", but more of a white noise that helps you tune out all the stresses and worries of the day.

The key to getting into the habit of daily meditation is having a designated place and time where you go every day. I prefer to meditate right before I go to bed at night, or first thing in the morning. Just like eating, breathing, or anything that you do every day, when you make your meditation a daily part of your life then you'll have no trouble at all getting into the good habit of meditating.

Keeping yourself open to new ideas will help you manifest things more quickly. I know that may seem obvious to you but here's something not so obvious...

The power of a single idea can help you generate millions of dollars, attract the love of your life, or just about anything else you want. It's what we DO with our ideas that make all the difference.

Everything from web marketing ideas to how I should start really marketing my true passion online, my art. I'll be releasing a new website soon that will reveal a true million dollar idea. Since I don't have all of the details worked out to share with you just yet, here is something you can think about for your own life or business...

Don't be afraid to take serious action on your ideas!

Sometimes people are afraid to act on new ideas for a number of reasons...

You might be afraid that if you tell anyone they'll try to steal your idea...

You might be fearing success (as weird as that sounds) some people do because of deep seated deserving issues they may still be working through...

You might be afraid you're idea won't work or give you the results you're looking for...

You must act on your ideas because if you don't, then someone else will. This is my biggest fear that if I don't act (even at the risk of failure) that someone else will act on the same or similar idea. This could be a limiting belief as well but when handled properly it can also serve as a powerful tool for success.

Don't live your life wondering what could have been... live your life to the fullest every day!

I really must say that using the law of attraction is not just a series of simple tricks and nonsense that you can use to attract what you want. It's about living a life that makes you truly happy both on the inside and out...

Seriously, how simple is that?

Strangely enough, it's something that many people miss when it comes to getting what they truly want out of life.

Anyway, the law of being is when who you are simply BEING is the person that you really want to be. Being the person that makes you happy and proud to be you...

You know what that means... you have lots of personal power at your immediate disposal!

I should also mention that it's about being the person that makes you excited about living your life to the fullest. It may seem difficult to some people to grasp the concept of being their very best self because there are levels of deserving. I've talked about levels of deserving before...

Some people don't really feel they "deserve" their lives to be happy...

Sometimes we attract this stuff on accident (seemingly) because they occur on a subconscious level...

This is why we sometimes choose to adopt limiting beliefs like "I'm not good enough" or "I'm not attractive". When you say these things to yourself you create negative energy fields within yourself and the world around you. You need to consistently believe you're the best every single day... not in an egotistical way, but in a lighthearted appealing way...

People like to be around other people that make them feel good...

Imagine that, don't you like to be around people that make YOU feel good!

Like I said before, it just makes good old common sense when you see yourself and everyone around you in a positive light. You have the power, you have control to decide how you would like to feel about yourself and other people...

And with such a great power come responsibility...

The responsibility to love yourself and other people around you every single day...

When you wake up in the morning tomorrow believe that your day is going the be the best day you ever had in your life... What would you do? Who would your friends be?

How will you inspire other people to be their best, felling healthy, wealthy, and haveing fun doing it...

Just think about it for little while :-)

If you're reading this and you have found using the law of attraction difficult, keep reading, because I will reveal to you a simple method you can use to make using the law of attraction effortless. Many people all over the world desire a life with better health and abundance, there's nothing holding you back from getting what you want besides what you put in your brain.

What do you think about all day long? How do those thoughts make you feel? Do you feel more in touch with your desires or do you worry about where your next paycheck is going to come from? This is the problem that many people have with using the law of attraction. They seem "stuck" or unable to move themselves forward long enough. This is because your brain has four states of electrical frequencies that you experience throughout the day.

Beta waves, which a state of normal waking consciousness. As you are working, driving, talking, etc., your brain is usually in this beta state and high beta is commonly associated with high stress, panic, or anxiety.

Alpha waves are a state of light relaxation. Alpha is sometimes called "the super learning state" because the brain is more focused and open to learning new information. When you are meditating you are usually in alpha.

Theta is a state of deep relaxation, the state where dreaming and deep meditation is experienced.

Delta is the slowest of all brainwave patterns and a state of deep sleep or consciousness, or even a trancelike state. If you can maintain awareness in delta it is said to open up a path to the subconscious. Lucid dreaming is often associated with delta.

These brainwave patterns are not "hocus pocus", they are scientifically proven states of mind that your brain goes through. The problem with this is we don't stay in these states alpha, delta, or theta long enough to see the benefits. These benefits include using the law of attraction to get what we want, having more focused attention, and increasing the rate of information transfer in the brain. You know you should be visualizing your goals to attract them, but you have a hard time doing so. This is because your brain is too stressed out and your brain waves are too disorganized to be able focus.

If you want to be able to use the law of attraction effortlessly, then change your brainwaves. All you have to do is listen to some specially designed recordings while you are in a relaxed position. Once you do this then your meditation will be effortless. You will be able to achieve these states of deep meditation faster than a zen master.
